Prints are shipped in tubes and sent by registered mail (Track & Trace).

Please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

The majority of shipments will take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive, counting from the date when the order is dispatched (not from the time when you placed the order).

Notice of dispatch will be sent to you by a member of our staff.

Orders will be processed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis. This might take up to a few days, depending on the number of orders we face at the time. We'll do our best to make it as swift as possible.

All payments are taken in EUR (€), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank.

All possible damage must be reported by email or telephone within 24 hours of the goods being received. Please see contact details in Contacts section of the website.
